Welcome

I am a PhD candidate in Computer Engineering at Northeastern University under the advisory of Prof. Stratis Ioannidis. I have obtained my MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and BS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University.

My research is focused on scalable, communication-aware optimization for pruning, mapping, and compressing deep neural networks aligned with hardware topologies to enable resilient, energy-efficient, and low-latency distributed inference, as well as optimal data selection strategies via Markovian experimental design for re-training machine learning models to maintain predictive performance in the presence of concept drifts.

I have a background on developing machine-learning systems across diverse sensing modalities, including Transformer-based wireless radar classification, GPU-accelerated portable RF signal-sensing, few-shot sEMG motion analysis, and multivariate time-series modeling for imputation and forecasting.
